Class Policies

A non-refundable, but transferable, registration fee per class is required in order to register.  

​Remaining balances are due two days before the day of your class if paying by debit or credit card. Cash payments may be made no later than the morning of the class for which you've registered.  

Classes previously taken with Terry can be reviewed for $100 each day. 

A minimum of one week notice is required in order to cancel and transfer your registration fee. Your registration fee may be used toward another class within a year of the date set for the class originally canceled. 

Midwest Center for Reiki Advancement (‘we” or “us” or “our”) respects the privacy of our users (“user’ or “you”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website and our mobile application, including any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related or connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). Please read this privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the site.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date of this Privacy Policy. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Privacy Policy on the Site, and you waive the right to receive specific notice of each such change or modification.

We obtain information about you when you use our website, when you contact us about products and services or if you register to receive our newsletters. 

Sharing and Usage

We will never sell or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advanced permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information and to contracted service providers for purposes for providing services relating to our communications with you - The International Center for Reiki Training (www.Reiki.org)

We may contact you via email regarding announcements, promotional offers or general communication. Our email provider is Constant Contact (www.ConstantContact.com). 

If you would like to stop receiving communication via email, please follow the instructions at the end of any email to Unsubscribe. 

Right to be Forgotten

You can request, in writing, for your account to be deleted. This will include personal data, profile data, and any created content.
